TZ Degreasing agent

1.Properties and Use
This product is powered substance with strong base apt to solve in water . It is mainly used in electrolytic degreasing production lines before tinned steel sheet is annealed,and degreasing production lines for electrode steel . It is not only used to clean steel sheet by means of spraying water or ultrasonic , to degrease other metal , and clean the outer walls of buildings but also used in household and automobile industry.

This product is composed of builder , wetting-dispersing agent , defoamer , rust-preventing agent and anti-adherent

4 ．Confection of Cleaning Liquid
Put 33kg of the product into 967kg of water while stirring the combination, and then keep it aside .

5.Cleaning Condition
Temperature of the Iiquor : 85 ℃ 士 5 ℃
Speed of Strip Steel:200-400meters / min .
pH:11-13
6.NOtices
(1)Operators must be dressed well in work clothes , Cap , glasses , gloves while using this produCt that is a kind of basic substance .
(2)Store this product in a drought place to keep from agglomerating , which doesn''''t affect the quality . Don''''t put the product with acidic substances .
7.Packing
25kg packed or to the customer''''s need in a PVC plastic bag with a braided bag outside .
Attached : The way to analyze the total basicity :
(1)Accurately get some well-confected mixture V1= 25mL and put it into a triangle glass and then dilute it with 50mL water.
(2) Drip 4 drops of methyl orange indicator and drop chlorhydric acid sta-ndard liquor(c=0.5mol/L ) until orange color appears.Record consumption volume (V) of chlorhydric acid standard liquor.
(3) Calculation:Total Basicity = CVx53 V1
